Sam Jarvis, Johnson County Public Health
Greg Walston, ISU Extension & Outreach
Sam Jarvis is the Community Health Manager at Johnson County Public Health. He has been with the department for over 2 years serving previously as the Emergency Preparedness Planner and has over 9 years total of local government public health experience. Sam holds a Master of Science degree in Health Science from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois.
Greg Walston is in his 11th year at the ISU Extension office in Benton County. Greg takes pride in helping his community through fundraising for kids, being a part of the Disaster Recovery Coalition and his many roles at his church. He is on the board of Echo Ministries and helps with the food pantry. Greg is married with 3 adult children and his 4th grandchild on the way. And if you ever catch a play in Vinton, you might even catch Greg up on stage!
