Heritage Starts Essential Supply Needs Registry
In need of essential supplies during this pandemic but have nowhere to turn? Heritage Area Agency on Aging’s newest program may be able to help.

Examples include: non-perishable food items, over-the-counter medications, toilet paper, incontinence supplies, essential toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) and more.
Please note that Heritage cannot guarantee that any request can or will be fulfilled.

Call Heritage at 319-398-5559 or 1-800-332-5934
Speak with an Information Specialist. Some needs may already be available in the community. If your need can be met by another agency, we will provide you with their information so you can contact them to meet the need.
If your need cannot be met by another agency and you meet the eligibility criteria, the Information Specialist will take some basic information to get you registered. Such information includes date of birth, address, telephone number, etc.
As Heritage and/or our partners find requested items, we will reach out to you to determine if you still have the need and arrange for delivery.
If you would like to support the Essential Supply Needs Registry, please consider making a donation or providing needed supplies. To coordinate a donation of supplies, call (319) 398-5559.
