Tai Chi is the perfect activity for older adults who want to improve balance, reduce their risk of falls or simply get out of the house and learn something new! Heritage AAA’s 12 week Tai Chi class is a favorite among participants because it’s easy to learn, low-impact on joints and is proven to reduce the risk of falls in daily life.
Join us on Fridays at 10 am at the Cedar Rapids Public Library starting February 21st. Each class session will teach a new portion of Tai Chi that builds off the previous lesson, so consistent attendance is recommended.
All skill levels are welcome, from first timers to seasoned veterans.
