Kitty Buckwalter is a geriatric mental health nurse who is recognized for her research in geropsychiatric nursing and long-term care. Her particular interest is in behavioral management strategies for caregivers of persons with dementia and the effectiveness of community programs to prevent, minimize, and treat psychiatric problems in the rural elderly.

Harrison March, Heritage Area Agency on Aging
Harrison March leads Heritage Area Agency on Aging’s outreach and marketing efforts, connecting older Iowans, family caregivers and adults with disability to the services and programs at the agency and beyond. His favorite part of the job is bragging about the wonderful work his coworkers do to improve the quality of life of thousands of Iowans yearly. Harrison graduated from Iowa State University in 2017 and moved back home to Marion, where he now lives with his wife.
